It’s the vaccine or the virus. You know one will kill you—what do you suppose the other will do? Or, is that at least part of the reason you didn’t get the shot(s) yet? Maybe you are just confused about your choices, and THAT you will be, until you don’t have a choice anymore…then it will be too late!
When the virus hits, you will have lost your choice. The dreaded scourge will have had its way, but not just with you—with all those on whom you have breathed. Yet even to mention those whom you have put at risk/endangered may not move you because, like the rest of us, you have been fed the illusion that we are each on a sovereign island unto ourselves whose fate need not be tied to the other.
This, is a kind of virus too that, once we are infected, is hard to shake, and it also can lead to death, certainly a death of the spirit.
